What is an emergency? Does it have to be life threatening to call 911? Who do you call when you need the police - if it's not life threatening? In this case, McDonalds was stealing from her - refusing to return her money when they failed to deliver the ordered McNuggets. Who carries around the number for the police? Instead, she called 911 for help. "Goodman told WPBF News 25 that she didn't "have a right to jump across the counter and snatch" the money, so she chose to handle it another way."
